The autumn colors are beginning to present themselves in the Colorado high country and the fall weather is a perfect 70 degrees and sunny. This is a wonderful time to come to Colorado without the rush of the crowds to enjoy golfing, fly fishing, hiking and biking. It is the perfect time to take a drive to view the changing aspen trees throughout the valley. We have experienced a steady summer of sales throughout the Vail Valley and statistics indicate the market is beginning to pick up again. Historical data concludes that resort real estate has been the steadiest investment over the course of the last 15 plus years. It is a very good time to consider purchasing in the Vail Valley with a limited supply of beautiful properties. I was recently presented with this question from the president of a successful real estate firm visiting the valley.
